Breuninger Sachsenheim

On behalf of Ten Brinke Wohn- und Gewerbebau Doetinchem we have built various steel structures for a new logistics center in Sachsenheim. A three-storey T-shaped hall complex is planned. In this complex is an automated storage area for small parts, a goods handling area, staff space with about 170 office work surfaces and a marketing department with photo and text studio housed. The west-facing building not only serves as an access gate, which regulates truck traffic, among other things, but also has the staff’s social rooms. With 76,000 m² of gross floor space, one of the most modern goods service centers for fashion in Europe was built here.
